Contenders or Pretenders?
The lakers this season have been a very confusing team who don’t know if they are a good or bad team. They are currently the 6th seed which is right at the edge of the play-ins. They have many games where they look like a play off contender but then lose to competent teams the next game. This brings up the question of do the lakers only play good against below .500 teams but crumble when they see a team above .500.
